摘  要:涂料生产废水具有成分复杂、水质波动大、 COD和SS浓度高、可生化性差等特点,废水处理难度大。某涂料企业综合废水处理工程采用了分流预处理的设计思路,建筑涂料废水采用污泥调理-板框压滤-调节-混凝气浮的预处理工艺,树脂、固化剂废水采用隔油沉淀-pH调节-铁碳微电解-混凝气浮物化预处理工艺,综合废水采用ABR厌氧-两级生物接触氧化的处理工艺,出水指标满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。Wastewater from coating production has characteristics of complex composition, large water quality fluctuation, high COD and SS concentration and poor biodegradability, which is difficult to treat. The comprehensive wastewater treatment project of a coating enterprise adopts the design idea of diversion pretreatment;the architectural coating production wastewater is treated by combined pretreatment of sludge conditioning-plate frame pressure filtration-adjustion-coagulation air flotation;the resin and curing agent production wastewater is pretreated by physicochemical process of oil insulative deposition-pH regulation-iron carbon microelectrolysiscoagulation air flotation;the comprehensive wastewater is treated by treatment process of ABR anaerobic-two stage biological contact oxidation. The effluent water index meets the requirement of grade 3 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard.
