长江经济带城市蔓延对能源碳排放的影响研究——来自夜间灯光的经验证据

摘　　要：本文基于DMSP/OLS与NPP/VIIRS夜间灯光数据,实证检验了长江经济带城市蔓延对能源碳排放的影响。城市蔓延在长江经济带上中下游地区呈递减趋势,其对能源碳排放有显著正向影响,机制在于汽车数量与能源开采增加,且能源开采效应大于汽车数量效应;城市蔓延与能源开采对碳排放的影响随长江经济带上中下游地区逐渐递减,而汽车数量对碳排放的影响则逐渐增强;城市蔓延对整个长江经济带碳排放结构效应并不显著,对碳排放强度效应与碳排放经济效应有正向影响,且在上中下游地区呈现不同效应。据此,应进一步提升土地空间利用率,开发新能源及可再生能源替代传统汽车及能源行业对高污染能源的使用,同时优化当前能源消费结构,提高使用效率,实现一“源”两用或一“源”多用。Based on DMSP/OLS and NPP/VIIRS nighttime light data,this paper empirically tests the impact of urban sprawl on energy carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The urban sprawl in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a decreasing trend,which has a significant positive impact on energy carbon emissions.The mechanism lies in the number of cars and energy exploitation,and the effect of energy exploitation mechanism is greater than that of car number mechanism.The impact of urban sprawl and energy exploitation on carbon emissions gradually decreases with the Yangtze River economic belt,while the impact of the number of cars on carbon emissions is gradually increasing.Urban sprawl has no significant effect on the carbon emission structure of the entire Yangtze River Economic Belt,and has a positive impact on the carbon emission intensity effect and the carbon emission economic effect,and presents different effects in the upper,middle and lower reaches.Accordingly,we should further enhance the utilization of land space,the development of new energy and renewable energy to replace the traditional automotive and energy industries on the use of highly polluting energy,while optimizing the current energy consumption structure,and improving the efficiency of use,to achieve a"source"dual-use or a"source"multi-purpose.
