摘 要:目的以注射液塑料包装为研究对象,通过测定复方氨基酸注射液、复方右旋糖酐40注射液和醋酸钠林格注射液3种注射液中苯乙烯的含量,尝试建立苯乙烯单体在塑料包装注射液样品中的相容性迁移检测方法。方法选用气相质谱联用仪,顶空进样的方法,采用内标法制定苯乙烯标准曲线,并依法测定上述3种注射液,以及加速实验和长期实验后3种注射液中的苯乙烯含量。结果实验结果显示,苯乙烯在1.02 ng~51 ng线性良好,r^(2)=0.9996;其中复方氨基酸注射液、复方右旋糖酐40注射液和醋酸钠林格注射液的加标回收率分别为89.7%~99.1%、88.9%~98.9%和89.2%~97.5%。结论本实验方法操作简单,灵敏度、准确度高,精密度和重复性好,可适用于苯乙烯单体在塑料包装注射液中的相容性含量测定。Objective Taken the plastic packing of injection as the research object,this experiment attempts to establish a compatibility migration detection method of styrene monomer in the plastic packing of injection by determining the content of styrene in compound amino acid injection,compound dextran 40 injection and sodium acetate ringer injection.Methods The samples were tested by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)and headspace sampling methods.The standard curve of styrene was determined by internal standard method,and the contents of styrene in samples and samples after accelerated and long-term tests were determined according to the law.Results A good linear relationship was obtained when the styrene was within 1.02 ng-51 ng(r^(2)=0.9996).The recoveries of the compound amino acid injection,compound dextran 40injection and sodium acetate ringer injection were within 89.7%-99.1%,88.9%-98.9%and 89.2%-97.5%,respectively.Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operating,high sensitivity,good accuracy,precision and repeatability.It can be used for the determination of the compatibility of styrene monomer in plastic packing injection.
