摘  要:目的了解句容市游泳池水水质卫生状况,分析存在的问题,为游泳池水水质卫生监督提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所卫生检验方法》(GB/T 18204.6—2013)要求进行水样采样并保存,按照《游泳池水微生物检验方法》(GB/T 18204—2000)《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T 5750—2016)《公共场所卫生检验方法》(GB/T 18204—2014)进行检测,评价方法根据《游泳场所卫生标准》(GB 9667—1996)或《公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》(GB 37488—2019)进行评价。结果2017年—2021年共检测游泳池水484份,合格390份,总合格率为80.58%。各年度合格率分别为68.09%、79.17%、80.95%、86.00%、91.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.267,P<0.01)。不合格项目主要是尿素(80.58%),各年间尿素合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.267,P<0.01)。不同类型游泳池水水质合格率分别为95%、84.76%、70.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.934,P<0.01)。结论句容市游泳池水水质状况有了明显提升,但仍然存在一定的安全隐患,卫生监督机构应优化监管模式,创新监管手段,进一步提高游泳池水水质。Objective To understand the sanitary condition of swimming pool water in Jurong City,and to analyze the existing problems and provide scientific basis for sanitary supervision of swimming pool water quality.Methods The water samples were sampled and stored according to GB/T 18204.6—2013Standard Examination Methods for Public Places.Detection was conducted according to GB/T 18204—2000Method for Microbiological Examination of Swimming Pool Water,GB/T 5750—2016Standard Test Method for Drinking Waterand GB/T 18204-2014Methods for Hygienic Examination of Public Places.The evaluation is conducted according to GB 9667-1996Health Standards for Swimming Poolor GB 37488-2019Requirements for Health Indicators and Limits in Public Places.Results From 2017 to 2021,a total of 484 swimming pool water samples were detected.The total qualified rate was 80.58%,while annual qualified rate was 68.09%,79.17%,80.95%,86.00%,91.18%,respectively,with the difference statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.267,P<0.01).The main unqualified item was urea(80.58%),and the difference of qualified rate of urea among different years was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.267,P<0.01).The qualified rate of water quality in different swimming pools was 95.00%,84.76%and 70.13%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.934,P<0.01).Conclusion The water quality of swimming places in Jurong City has been improved,but there are still some safety hazards,so health supervision institutions should optimize supervision mode and innovate supervision means to further improve swimming pool water quality.
