摘 要:目的通过了解天台县农村人群钩虫病的感染现状,为进一步制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法按照县域范围内东、西、南、北、中5个地理方位随机选取5个行政村作为检测点;选择3周岁以上的常住居民为研究对象,收集每村研究对象的新鲜粪便≥200份,按照WS/T 570—2017《肠道蠕虫检测改良加藤厚涂片法》(Kato-Katz法)检测土源性线虫虫卵。结果共检测5个行政村1013份居民新鲜粪便,39份检出钩虫卵,感染率为3.85%。5个行政村感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中南区前杨村感染率最高,为10.95%;西区街一村感染率最低,为0.00%。男女之间钩虫感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);>80岁人群感染率最高,为17.65%。不同职业及不同文化程度人群间土源性线虫感染率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天台县农村人群钩虫感染率较高,且存在区域高发,以高龄、低文化农民人群为主。Objective Through understanding the current situation of ancylostomiasis infection in rural population of Tiantai County,this study is to provide scientific basis for further formulation of prevention and control strategies.Methods Five administrative villages are randomly selected as the detection points according to the five geographical directions of East,West,South,North and Middle within the county;permanent residents over 3 years old were selected as the research objects,≥200fresh feces of the research object were collected in each village,and the eggs of soil-derived nematodes were detected according to WS/T 570-2017Modified Kato Thick Smear Method for Intestinal Worm Detection(Kato-Katz method).Results A total of 1013 fresh feces of residents in 5 administrative villages were detected,and 39 hookworm eggs were detected.The infection rate was 3.85%.There was statistical significance on the difference in the infection rate among the five administrative villages(P<0.05).Among them,Qianyang Village in South had the highest infection rate(10.95%);the infection rate of Jieyi Village in west was the lowest(0.00%).There was no statistical significance on the difference in hookworm infection rate between men and women(P>0.05).The infection rate of people aged over 80 was the highest(17.65%).There was statistical significance on the differences in the infection rate of soil derived nematodes among people of different occupations and different educational levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The infection rate of hookworm in rural population in Tiantai County is high,and there is a high incidence in the region,mainly among the elderly and low educated farmers.
