摘  要:目的了解聊城地区市售部分蔬菜中10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留状况。方法在聊城市4个县区进行采样,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)对聊城地区蔬菜中农药残留进行检测分析。结果共检测269份蔬菜中的10种氨基甲酸酯类农药,总检出率为21.19%,超标率为1.86%。这10中农药的含量为0.0037 mg/kg~0.5420 mg/kg,超标的农药有克百威、吡虫啉,超标率分别为1.49%、0.37%。韭菜、芹菜、洋葱的检出率分别为20.89%、42.04%和5.26%。韭菜检出率最高的是吡虫啉(12.83%);芹菜检出率最高的是吡虫啉、啶虫脒,均为19.32%;洋葱检出率最高的是涕灭威(3.51%)。检出率较高的杀虫剂是吡虫啉、啶虫脒、氯虫苯甲酰胺。超标率较高的蔬菜是芹菜。结论聊城地区蔬菜中农药虽有检出,但总体检出率及超标率都较低,市民仍可安全食用。Objective To investigate the residues of 10 carbamate pesticides in some vegetables sold in Liaocheng area.Methods The samples were collected from 4 districts and counties in Liaocheng City,and pesticide residues in vegetables were detected and analyzed by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).Results In 269 vegetables,the total detection rate of 10 kinds of carbamate pesticides in 269 vegetables was 21.19%and the over standard rate was 1.86%.The contents of the 10 pesticides ranged from 0.0037 mg/kg to 0.5420 mg/kg,and the exceeded pesticides included carboparvyl and imidacloprid,with the exceeding rates of 1.49%and 0.37%.The detection rates of Chinese leek,celery and onion were 20.89%,42.04%and 5.26%,respectively.The highest detection rate of imidacloprid was observed in Chinese leek(12.83%).The highest detection rates of imidacloprid and acetamiprid were observed in celery,both of which were 19.32%.Onion had the highest detection rate of aldicarb(3.51%).The insecticides with high detection rate were imidacloprid,acetamiprid and chlorantranamide.The vegetable with the highest over standard rate is celery.Conclusion Although pesticides were detected in vegetables in Liaocheng area and the total detection rate and over standard rate were low,so it was still safe for citizens to eat.
