复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清治疗慢性肾病的疗效及对患者肾功能影响

摘　　要：目的 探究复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清治疗慢性肾病的疗效及对肾功能的影响。方法择取该院2019年1月—2021年3月收治的124例慢性肾病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组59例,采用口服复方α酮酸片治疗,观察组65例,采用口服复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清的治疗方法进行治疗,二组治疗疗程均为两个月,观察对比二组患者治疗后总有效率、肾功能相关指标和炎性相关因子的情况。结果 经系统治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肾功能相关指标血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平也较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用复方α酮酸片联合尿毒清药物治疗,对于改善慢性肾病患者肾脏功能具有较好作用,能够显著改善患者的肾功能,降低炎性因子水平,提高患者的治疗效果。Objective We want to explore the effect of compound α-ketoic acid combined with uiduqing on chronic kidney disease and its effect on renal function.Methods We selected total of one hundred and twenty four patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 as the study subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group Depending on the treatment method.Fifty-nine patients in the control group were treated with oral compound α ketoic acid, and sixty-five patients in the observation group were treated with oral compound α ketoic acid combined with Urine duqing granule.The treatment course of both groups was two months.The total effective rate, related indexes of renal function and inflammatory factors were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After systematic treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).BUN,Scr and Ccr of renal function indexes in observation group were the improvement was significantly better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of compound α ketoic acid combined with uiduqing drug therapy has a good effect on improving the renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease, can significantly improve the renal function of patients, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve the therapeutic effect of patients, it is recommended to popularize.
