摘 要:目的分析研究7种四环素类抗生素的电喷雾质谱裂解规律,为质谱鉴定提供参考。方法应用四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱仪结合电喷雾电离-高能量碰撞诱导解离质谱技术,采用正离子模式,对四环素类抗生素的裂解规律进行研究。用精确质量数对碎片离子进行确证,对几种四环素类抗生素的质谱裂解规律进行分析。结果通过对7种四环素类抗生素的高分辨二级质谱图解析比较,发现在正离子模式下,四环素类抗生素易获得H^(+)形成[M+H]^(+)的质子化离子,对其进行碰撞诱导解离,都能产生脱氨和脱氨脱水的特征碎片峰,这与其结构中具有氨基和羟基相呼应。结论本文对7种四环素类抗生素的裂解规律进行了研究,为四环素类抗生素的定量检测及结构鉴定提供参考依据。Objective The fragmentation patterns of seven tetracyclines with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry were analyzed and studied to provide references for the mass spectrometric identification.Methods Hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry combined with high-resolution high-energy collisional dissociation was applied to study the lysis of tetracycline antibiotics in positive ion mode.The fragment ions were confirmed by the exact mass number,and the mass spectrometry cleavage of several tetracycline antibiotics was analyzed.Results Through the analysis and comparison of the HCD-MS/MS spectrum of seven tetracyclines,it is found that in the positive ion mode,tetracyclines were easy to form protonated compounds like[M+H]^(+)by getting an H^(+).In the collision-induced dissociation(CID)mass spectrometry,all the protonated tetracyclines were performed to produce deamination and deamination dehydration characteristic fragment peaks corresponding to the amino and hydroxyl groups.Conclusion The fragmentation mechanism of seven tetracyclines was studied,which provides an important reference for the quantitative detection and structure identification of tetracyclines.
