摘　　要：目的调查本院小儿危重症监护病房(PICU)患儿鲍曼不动杆菌感染和分离菌株分型情况。方法回顾性分析2017年2月—2021年12月本院PICU中1142例患儿的临床资料,采用RAPD技术对分离菌株进行基因分型;采用DNAStar聚类分析软件进行同源性分析。结果鲍曼不动杆菌感染的发生率为3.42%,常见发烧、咳嗽/痰等症状,以肺部感染、呼吸道感染多见;共分离菌株47株,其中A型17株,B型11株,C型7株,D型1株,E型3株,F型7株,G型1株;同源分析结果显示,A型与B型的同源性为91%,D型与E型的同源性为83%。结论PICU患儿存在鲍曼不动杆菌感染风险,多出现发烧、咳嗽/痰等临床症状,且主要感染部位为肺部感染,PICU中存在鲍曼不动杆菌同源感染现象,与医院感染有关。Objective To investigate the infection of Acinetobacter baumannii in pediatric critical care unit(PICU)of our hospital and the typing of isolated strains.Methods The clinical data of 1142 children with Acinetobacter baumannii infection in Xuzhou Children’s Hospital from February 2017 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The isolated strains were genotyped by RAPD technique,and DNAStar cluster analysis software was used for homology analysis.Results The incidence of Acinetobacter baumannii infection in PICU was 3.42%,and fever,cough/phlegm and so on were common,and pulmonary infection,respiratory tract infection were common.A total of 47 strains were isolated from children infected with Acinetobacter baumannii,including 17 strains of type A,11 strains of type B,7 strains of type C,1 strain of type D,3 strains of type E,7strains of type F and 1 strain of type G.Homology analysis showed that the homology of type A and TYPE B was 91%,and that of type D and type E was 83%.Conclusion Children with PICU are at risk of Acinetobacter baumannii infection,with clinical symptoms,such as fever,cough/sputum,and the main infection site is lung infection,and there is homologous infection of Acinetobacter baumannii in PICU,which is related to nosocomial infection.
