摘　　要：目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定工作场所空气中铊及其化合物的方法。方法用微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中的铊金属元素及其化合物,采好样的微孔滤膜放入微波消解罐中,加入5 ml硝酸和1 ml过氧化氢溶液作为消解液,按微波消解程序进行消解,消解程序完成后,将消解罐放入赶酸装置,赶酸至溶液剩0.5 ml左右,转移样品溶液至刻度管,纯水定容至10 ml,以ICP-MS分析测定。结果本法检出限为0.0008μg/L,线性范围为0μg/L~1000μg/L,线性关系良好,相关系数>0.9995,含铊的滤膜质量控制样品测定结果均在参考值范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%~2.9%。结论本法检出限低,准确性高,精密度好,线性范围广,基体干扰小,可用于工作场所空气中铊及其化合物的测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of thallium and its compounds in workplace air by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Methods Thallium and its compounds in workplace air were sampled by microporous filter membrane,the sampled microporous filter membrane was put into the microwave digestion tank,and 5 ml nitric acid and 1 ml hydrogen peroxide were added to the digestion tank as digestion solution.Digestion was performed according to the microwave procedure.After the procedure was completed,the digestion tank was transferred to the acid volatilizing device.When the sample solution remained about 0.5 ml,it was transferred to a scale tube and diluted with pure water to 10 ml.The sample solution were determined by ICP-MS.Results The detection limit of this method was0.0008μg/L,good linearity was obtained in the range of 0μg/L-1000μg/L,with the correlation coefficient(r)greater than 0.9995.The determination results of the quality control samples were all within the reference value range,and the RSD was within 1.6%-2.9%.Conclusion The method has low detection limit,high accuracy,good precision,wide linear range and little matrix interference,which is suitable for the determination of thallium and its compounds in workplace air.
