摘　　要：目的探究毛细管气相色谱法测定自酿散白酒中甲醇方法。方法采用CP-Wax57 CB毛细管柱(50 m×0.25 mm,0.2μm)进行分离,在标准溶液配制时同时添加乙酸乙酯、乙缩醛,叔戊醇,自动进样,FID检测,标准曲线外标法定量。结果采用CP-Wax57 CB毛细管柱(50 m×0.25 mm,0.2μm)时,甲醇与乙酸乙酯、乙缩醛的分离度好,方法线性关系良好(r=0.99999),检出限为5.6 mg/L。但采用HP-INNOWax毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)时,甲醇与乙酸乙酯、乙缩醛的分离度差,部分白酒样品产生甲醇假阳性结果。结论所建立的方法能够有效避免乙酸乙酯、乙缩醛的干扰引起甲醇假阳性。Objective To explore the method for the determination of methanol in self-brewed liquor with capillary by gas chromatography.Methods CP-Wax57 CB capillary column(50 m×0.25 mm,0.2μm)was used to separate target chemical.Ethyl acetate and acetal were added when preparing the standard solution.The samples were automatically injected,detected by FID,and quantified by external standard method.Results When CP-Wax57 CB capillary column(50 m×0.25 mm,0.2μm)was used in the method,methanol was well separated from ethyl acetate and acetal,the linear relationship was good(r=0.99999),and the detection limit was 5.6 mg/L.However,when HP-INNOWax capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)was adopted,methanol was integrated with ethyl acetate and acetal,and false positive results was observed in some liquor samples.Conclusion The established method can effectively avoid false positive results of methanol caused by ethyl acetate and acetal interference.
