摘  要:目的使用小红细胞率(Miro-R)和平均血小板体积(MPV)2个参数,确立PLT-F自动复检血小板计数,保证临床检验结果的准确性。方法本研究共886份符合纳入标准的样本,分为3组:PLT-I≤20×10^(9)/L、PLT-I为(21~80)×10^(9)/L和PLT-I为(81~125)×10^(9)/L。将PLT-I和PLT-F均与人工计数进行比较,并评估其差异。结果PLT-I≤20×10^(9)/L组的PLT-I和人工计数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PLT-I为(21~80)×10^(9)/L且Miro-R≥5%组,PLT-I和人工计数比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.04);PLT-I为(81~125)×10^(9)/L且MPV为≥12 fl组,当Miro-R≥5%,PLT-I和人工计数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),当Miro-R<5%,PLT-I和人工计数比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。而PLT-F与人工计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究开发并验证了一种结合临床参数(Miro-R、MPV)使用PLT-F准确和自动进行血小板计数复检的方法。Objective MIRO-R and mean platelet volume(MPV)were used to establish PLT-F automatic retest platelet count to ensure the accuracy of clinical test results.Methods A total of 886 eligible samples with Miro-R>0.5%were recruited in this study and were divided into three sets:PLT-I(impedance)≤20×10^(9)/L,PLT-I(21-80)×10^(9)/L,and PLT-I(81-125)×10^(9)/L.PLT-I and PLT-F were both compared with manual counting,and the significant differences were evaluated.Results The study showed statistical significance on the differences between PLT-I and manual counting in the PLT-I≤20×10^(9)/L set(P<0.01).Statistical significance was observed in the differences between PLT-I and manual counting when PLT-I was(21-80)×10^(9)/L and Miro-R was≥5%(P=0.04).In the PLT-I(81-125)×10^(9)/L group with MPV≥12 fl,the difference between PLT-I and manual counting was statistically significant when Miro-R was≥5%(P<0.01),and the difference between PLT-I and manual counting was statistically significant when Miro-R was<5%(P=0.01).There was no statistical significance on the difference between PLT-F and manual counting(P>0.05).Conclusion This study developed and validated an accurate and automatic re-examination of platelet count using PLT-F in combination with clinical parameters(Miro-R,MPV).
