摘 要:目的 了解永康市人体土源性线虫感染现状,为进一步防制、控制传播和阻断传播提供参考。方法 采用方便抽样法进行抽样,透明胶带拭肛法检测蛲虫,改良加藤厚涂片法检测钩虫、鞭虫、和蛔虫等。试管滤纸培养法鉴定钩虫种类,监测土壤中蛔虫卵和钩蚴的污染情况进行。结果 人群感染率为5.54%,男性感染率为1.88%;女性感染率为3.66%。经培养均为美洲钩虫;舟山镇香山村钩虫感染率最高(15.27%);≥60岁最高,且均为钩虫感染,感染率为85.7%;不同职业人群钩虫感染率以农民最高(91.1%);不同文化程度人群以小学及以下最高(80.4%)。蛲虫感染3例,感染率为2.6%。结论 永康市常住居民土源性线虫病尚处于较高的感染状态,主要感染虫种为钩虫,且以文化水平较低的中老年农民为主;学前儿童和低年级小学生蛲虫感染率较高,应加强宣传与防治。Objective To understand the current situation of human soil-borne nematodes infection in Yongkang City,so as to provide reference for further prevention,control and interruption of transmission.Methods The convenient sampling method was used for sampling,the anal swab method with scotch tape was used to detect pinworms,and the modified Kato thick smear method was used to detect hookworms,whipworms,and roundworms.The identification of hookworm species was carried out by test tube filter paper culture,and the contamination of larvae and metacercariae in soil was monitored.Results The infection rate in the population was 5.54%,male infection rate was 1.88%,and the female infection rate was 3.66%.After culture,they were all Ancylostoma americanus.The highest rate of hookworm infection was 15.27%in Xiangshan Village of Zhoushan Town.The hookworm infection rate was the highest in≥60 years old(85.7%).The infection rate of hookworm among different occupations was the highest among farmers(91.1%).Among people with different education level,primary school and below were the highest(80.4%).Three cases were infected with pinworm,and the infection rate was 2.6%.Conclusion The soil borne nematode disease of permanent residents in Yongkang City is still in a high infection state.The main infected species is hookworm,mainly distributed in middle-aged and elderly farmers with low educational level.The infection rate of pinworm is higher in preschool children and lower grade pupils.Publicity and prevention should be strengthened.
