摘　　要：目的:探讨卤米松乳膏联合复方青黛胶囊对银屑病患者炎性因子水平及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年12月于景德镇市皮肤病医院就诊的85例银屑病患者,按随机数字表法分成观察组(43例)、对照组(42例)。对照组外用卤米松乳膏治疗,观察组于此基础上联用复方青黛胶囊治疗。治疗6周后,对比两组疗效,炎性因子表达[白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6)],皮肤屏障功能[经表皮水分丢失率(TEWL)、皮脂含量、角质层水含量]及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均下降,且观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TEWL值均下降,皮脂含量、角质层水含量均上升,且观察组上述指标较对照组改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卤米松乳膏联合复方青黛胶囊治疗银屑病患者疗效确切,可降低炎症反应,改善皮肤屏障功能,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the effect of halometasone cream combined with fufang qingdai capsules on inflammatory factor levels and skin barrier function in patients with psoriasis.Methods:A total of 85 patients with psoriasis treated in Jingdezhen Dermatology Hospital from September 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with halometasone cream,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with fufang qingdai capsules.After 6 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,expression of inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)],skin barrier function[transepidermal water loss rate(TEWL),sebum content,cuticle water content]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were declining,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,TEWL value decreased,sebum content and cuticle water content increased in both groups,and the above indexes improved better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Halometasone cream combined with fufang qingdai capsules is effective in the treatment of patients with psoriasis,which can reduce inflammation and improve skin barrier function,and has high safety.
