八正散加减联合玉米须代茶饮治疗尿路感染临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究八正散加减联合玉米须代茶饮治疗尿路感染(UTI)临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月新余市中医院UTI患者90例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为试验组与对照组两组,每组45例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加服八正散和玉米须代茶饮,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者尿白细胞、尿蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者临床症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八正散加减联合玉米须代茶饮能有效降低UTI患者尿白细胞和尿蛋白水平,缓解临床各症状,提高临床效率,应用疗效较好,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of bazheng powder plus or minus combined with corn whisker tea in the treatment of urinary tract infection(UTI).Methods:A total of 90 patients with UTI in Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with bazheng powder and corn whisker tea on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of urinary white blood cells and urinary protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazheng powder plus or minus combined with corn beard tea can effectively reduce the levels of urinary white blood cells and urinary protein in patients with UTI,relieve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficiency,and has good application effect,which is worthy of promotion.
