摘　　要：目的:探究苦参汤联合冰寒散坐浴治疗湿热型肛周湿疹的临床研究。方法:选取2019年9月至2021年9月新余市中医院湿热型肛周湿疹患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组与对照组两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者进行苦参汤联合冰寒散坐浴治疗,治疗2周后,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分和临床疗效,对两组患者进行6个月的随访,对比两组患者治疗后复发情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率为9.52%明显低于对照组的43.75%(P<0.05)。结论:苦参汤联合冰寒散坐浴治疗湿热型肛周湿疹患者临床效果较好,能有效降低临床症状,提高临床疗效以及降低患者的疾病复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical study of kushen decoction combined with binghan powder sitz bath in the treatment of damp-heat perianal eczema.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2021,80 patients with damping-heat perianal eczema in Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,the subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with kushen decoction combined with binghan powder sitz bath.After two weeks of treatment,the symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months,and the recurrence of the two groups was compared after treatment.Results:After treatment,symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in observation group was 9.52%,which was significantly lower than 43.75%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kushen decoction combined with binghan powder sitz bath has a good clinical effect in the treatment of damp-heat perianal eczema,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and reduce the disease recurrence rate of patients.
