摘  要:通过研究海藻糖对沙棘逆境生理指标的影响规律,探索海藻糖的抗盐生理机制,为生产中应用海藻糖缓解沙棘盐胁迫提供理论依据。试验在盆栽条件下,设置空白对照、盐胁迫+不同浓度的海藻糖(0、0.2、0.4、0.6 mmol·L^(-1))共计5个处理,3次重复。结果表明:0.4 mmol·L^(-1)的海藻糖可以显著提高盐胁迫下两个沙棘品种叶片内的叶绿素、游离脯氨酸含量,降低MDA含量;海藻糖会提高盐胁迫下两个品种沙棘叶片内海藻糖-6-磷酸磷酸酶(TPP)活性,提高可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量;0.4 mmol·L^(-1)的海藻糖对提高TPP活性效果优于0.2 mmol·L^(-1)和0.6 mmol·L^(-1)处理,有利于可溶性糖的积累,缓解盐胁迫对沙棘的危害。海藻糖对TPP活性的调控作用可能是其缓解沙棘盐胁迫的生理机制,0.4 mmol·L^(-1)为适宜的喷施浓度。This test studied the effect of exogenous trehalose on the physiological indicators of Hippophae rhamnoides,and the physiological mechanism of trehalose resistance to salt was explored,which it can provide a theoretical basis for the application of trehalose in production to alleviate the salt stress.The test under potted conditions,and then set 5 treatments including blank control,salt stress+different concentrations of trehalose(0,0.2,0.4,0.6 mmol·L^(-1)),each treatment was repeated 3 times.The results showed that the chlorophyll and free proline contents in the leaves of the two H.rhamnoides varieties of 0.4 mmol·L^(-1)trehalose was significantly higher than control under salt stress,and the MDA content was significantly lower than control;the activity of trehalose-6-phosphate phosphatase(TPP)in the leaves of two H.rhamnoides varieties of exogenous trehalose was higher than control under salt stress,and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein was significantly higher than control;the effect of 0.4 mmol·L^(-1)exogenous trehalose on improving TPP activity was better than that of 0.2 mmol·L^(-1)and 0.4 mmol·L^(-1)treatments,which was beneficial to the accumulation of soluble sugar and alleviated the harm of salt stress to H.rhamnoides.The regulation effect of exogenous trehalose on TPP activity may be its physiological mechanism to alleviate the salt stress of sea buckthorn,and 0.4 mmol·L^(-1)is the appropriate spray concentration.
