住院病人留置尿管漏尿知信行量表的研制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:研制住院病人留置尿管漏尿知信行量表并进行信效度检验。方法:以知信行模式为理论框架,采用文献回顾法、德尔菲法和预调查法形成住院病人留置尿管漏尿知信行初始量表。采用便利抽样法选取广东省三级甲等医院215例留置尿管并发漏尿的住院病人进行量表初测,对量表进行项目分析、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析,筛选量表条目;2周后重测量表,检验信效度,形成正式量表。结果:2轮德尔菲函询专家积极指数均为100%,权威系数分别为0.90和0.91。形成的住院病人留置尿管漏尿知信行量表共包括36个条目,划分为3个维度,累积方差贡献率为75.214%;总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.962,折半信度为0.926,重测信度为0.958,总内容效度和各条目内容效度指数均为1;验证性因子分析显示该量表具有较好的结构效度。结论:住院病人留置尿管漏尿知信行量表信、效度良好,可用于评估住院病人留置尿管漏尿知信行水平。Objective:To develop the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) scale of urine leakage for inpatients with indwelling urinary catheter(IUC),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:With the knowledge,attitude and practice model as the theoretical framework,literature review method,Delphi method and pre-survey method were used to develop the initial KAP scale of urine leakage for inpatients with indwelling catheter.A total of 215 inpatients with indwelling catheter complicated with urinary leakage in third grade hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected by convenient sampling for preliminary test of the scale.Item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed to screen the scale items.The scale was re-measured after 2 weeks to test its reliability and validity and to form the official scale.Results:The positive index of the two rounds of Delphi letter consultation was 100%,and the authority coefficient was 0.90 and 0.91,respectively.A total of 36 items were included in the KAP scale,which was divided into 3 dimensions and 36 items,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 75.214%.The Cronbach′s α coefficient of the total scale was 0.962,the split-half reliability was 0.926,the test-retest reliability was 0.958,the total content validity and the content validity index of each item were all 1.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale had good construct validity.Conclusion:The scale has good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the level of urine leakage KAP of inpatients with indwelling urinary catheter.
