摘　　要：目的:了解华北地区老年人康养服务需求现状及影响因素,为老年人康养服务体系构建和政策制定提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的老年人康养服务需求调查表对华北地区的14所养老机构、7所医养结合机构/老年医院、4所社区卫生服务机构,共227名老年人进行问卷调查。结果:华北地区老年人康养服务需求得分为(35.47±6.96)分。线性回归分析结果显示,患病数量、日常生活能力状况及养老方式是影响华北地区老年人康养服务需求的因素。结论:华北地区老年人对康养服务需求较高,结合华北地区实际的康养资源,积极推进医疗保健、康复指导及心理/精神支持服务是满足老年人康养服务需求的关键举措。Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of elderly health care service demand in North China,and to provide references for the construction of elderly health care service system and policy-making.Methods:A self⁃designed questionnaire was used to survey 227 elderly people in 14 elderly care institutions,seven medical and nursing institutions or elderly hospitals and four community health service institutions in North China.Results:The score of elderly health care service demand in North China was(35.47±6.96).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of patients,activities of daily living and pension modes were the factors influencing the demand for health care services of the elderly in North China.Conclusion:The elderly in North China had a high demand for health care services.Combined with the actual health care resources in North China,actively promoting medical care,rehabilitation guidance and psychological/spiritual support services are the key measures to meet the needs of elderly health care services.
