加味二陈汤辨证治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味二陈汤辨证治疗小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2020年5月在我院门诊的小儿咳嗽病例50例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(25例)和对照组(25例)。试验组给予加味二陈汤进行辨证治疗,对照组给予头孢克洛颗粒联合氨溴索口服液进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、病程、不良反应发生情况、肺通气功能、睡眠质量、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平及嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平。结果试验组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);试验组病程为(10.42±2.83)d,短于对照组的(12.06±1.85)d(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05);试验组治疗后IgE、EOS水平低于对照组,FEV1及睡眠质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用加味二陈汤辨证治疗小儿咳嗽疗效确切、安全性高、且病程缩短、患儿肺通气功能及睡眠质量得到改善。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Erchen decoction in the dialectical treatment of infantile cough.Methods Fifty cases of pediatric cough in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases)by random number table.The experimental group was treated with Jiawei Erchen decoction,and the control group was treated with Cefaclor granules combined with Ambroxol Oral Solution.The clinical efficacy,course of disease,adverse reactions,pulmonary ventilation function,sleep quality,immunoglobulin E(IgE)level and eosinophil(EOS)level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of disease in the experimental group was(10.42±2.83)d,which was shorter than that in the control group(12.06±1.85)d(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgE and EOS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the FEV1 and sleep quality were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Jiawei Erchen decoction in the dialectical treatment of infantile cough is effective and safe,and the course of disease is shortened,the pulmonary ventilation function and sleep quality of children are improved.
