摘  要:肝脏是人体重要的代谢器官,在受到感染、损伤以及手术切除后,会表现出强大的再生能力,能够在短期内恢复原有的质量和体积,从而使得生理功能正常运转。白细胞介素-6(IL-6)是一种具有多种活性的细胞因子,可与其特异性受体结合发挥生物学功能。IL-6与膜式受体IL-6R(mIL-6R)结合介导经典的IL-6/STAT3通路使IL-6/mIL-6R发生了构型改变,再与gp130(信号转导蛋白)结合,使得两个亚单位的gp130活化形成同源二聚体,然后激活JAK/STAT3通路。活化的STAT3经历核易位,诱导肝急性期和某些早期基因的表达,最终促进了肝细胞的增殖,在肝脏的再生中起到重要作用。本文就IL-6对肝细胞增殖方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床肝移植提供帮助。The liver is an important metabolic organ of the human body.After infection,injury and surgical resection,it will show strong regenerative capacity and can restore the original mass and volume in a short period of time,so that the physiological function can operate normally.Interleukin-6(IL-6)is a cytokine with multiple activities,which exerts its biological function by binding to its specific receptor.The classical IL-6/STAT3 pathway is mediated by the binding of IL-6 to the membrane receptor IL-6R(mIL-6R).The configuration of IL-6/mIL-6R is changed,and then it binds to gp130(signal transduction protein),so that the gp130 of the two subunits is activated to form a homodimer,which then activates the JAK/STAT3 pathway.Activated STAT3 undergoes nuclear translocation,induces the acute phase of liver and the expression of some early genes,and ultimately promotes the proliferation of hepatocytes,which plays an important role in liver regeneration.This article reviews the research progress of IL-6 on hepatocyte proliferation in order to provide help for clinical liver transplantation.
