摘 要:在妊娠早期,多种免疫细胞参与正常妊娠,通过建立母胎免疫耐受平衡以维持正常妊娠。巨噬细胞是妊娠期母胎界面的第二大免疫细胞群,在宿主防御、血管生成、免疫调节和组织重构方面发挥重要作用。巨噬细胞异常表达可导致母胎免疫耐受失衡,引起复发性流产、早产、胎儿生长受限、子痫前期等妊娠并发症。本文对巨噬细胞在母胎免疫耐受及妊娠并发症中的作用机制和研究进展进行综述。In early pregnancy,a variety of immune cells are involved in normal pregnancy,and normal pregnancy is maintained by establishing a balance of maternal-fetal immune tolerance.Macrophages are the second largest immune cell population at the maternal-fetal interface during pregnancy and play important roles in host defense,angiogenesis,immune regulation,and tissue remodeling.The abnormal expression of macrophages can cause the imbalance of maternal-fetal immune tolerance and lead to pregnancy complications such as recurrent miscarriage,premature birth,fetal growth restriction,and preeclampsia.This article reviews the mechanism and research progress of macrophages in maternal-fetal immune tolerance and pregnancy complications.
