摘 要:随着以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的建设,大规模分布式光伏接入配电网造成了严重的潮流返送、电压越限等一系列问题。基于博弈论与NSGA-Ⅱ(non dominated sorting geneticalgorithmⅡ)提出了促进分布式光伏消纳的两阶段源网荷储互动优化运行策略。首先定义了配电网动态极限承载能力(dynamic loadability of distribution network,DLDN),为配电网内需求响应资源赋予时间特性和空间特性,为配电系统促进分布式光伏就地消纳电量调度与有功/无功协调控制的两阶段优化提供“桥梁”,并且给出了DLDN的求解方法;其次,提出两阶段源网荷储互动优化运行框架,第一阶段基于博弈论制定能够促进分布式光伏就地消纳、供需双方收益达到均衡的电量交易策略;第二阶段通过配电系统有功/无功协调控制跟踪第一阶段的电量交易策略,优化配电网运行状态。最后,通过算例分析表明所提方法能够实现配电系统促进分布式光伏就地消纳的电量调度与有功/无功协调控制的有机统一,通过消纳光伏发电实现多方共赢。With the construction of new power systems with new energy as the main body,the large-scale distributed photovoltaic(PV)access to the distribution network has caused serious problems such as the power flow foldback,the over-limit voltage,and so on.Based on the game theory and the NSGA-II(non dominated sorting genetic algorithm II),a two-staged generation-grid-load-energy storage interactive optimization operation strategy to promote the distributed PV consumption is proposed.Firstly,the dynamic loadability of the distribution network(DLDN)is defined to endow the demand response resources in the distribution network with time and space characteristics,to provide a“bridge”for the distribution system to promote the two-staged optimization of the distributed PV local consumption power scheduling and the active/reactive power coordination control,and also to give the solution method of the DLDN.Secondly,a two-staged interactive optimization operation framework of the generation-grid-load-energy storage system is proposed.In the first stage,an electricity trading strategy is formulated based on the game theory,which is to promote the local consumption of the distributed PV and balance the income of supply and demand.In the second stage,the power trading strategy in the first stage is tracked through the active/reactive power coordination control of the distribution system to optimize the operation state of the distribution network.Finally,an example analysis shows that the proposed method organically unifies the distribution system to promote the local consumption of the distributed PV power dispatch and the active/reactive power coordination control,achieving the multi-party win-win status through the consumption of PV power generation.
