摘 要:能源互联网中储能设备需要变换器除了具有高效率之外,还需要具有较宽的电压变化范围。传统电感电感电容(inductor inductor capacitor,LLC)谐振变换器凭借软开关和高效率的特性获得了广泛的应用,然而传统LLC谐振变换器存在输出电流纹波较大、轻载调压较难的缺点,即输出宽电压范围的能力不足。为解决这些问题,该文提出了一种具有宽输出电压范围的三相多谐振变换器(inductor inductor capacitor-inductor capacitor,LLC-LC)。该变换器在三相LLC谐振变换器每一相中引入LC陷波器,可以提高增益范围;三相输出信号之间相位错开120°,可以降低输出电流纹波减小滤波电容体积;每相多谐振网络星型连接,使各相之间具有自动均流的能力。该变换器的一次侧开关管在整个工作范围内可实现零电压开通(zero-voltage switching,ZVS),二次侧整流二极管可实现零电流关断(zero-current switching,ZCS)。采用基波分析法,从增益和效率的角度,对变换器的谐振参数进行了优化,并与传统三相LLC谐振变换器进行了实验对比。Energy storage devices in the Energy Internet require the converters with high efficiency and a wide range of output voltage.With the characteristics of soft switching and high efficiency,the LLC resonant converter has already obtained widespread applications.However,the LLC resonant converter has large output current ripples,and it is difficult to regulate the voltage at light loads,that is,it has insufficient ability to output a wide range voltage.To solve these problems,a three-phase multi-resonant converter(LLC-LC)with a wide voltage range output is proposed.To increase the gain range,an LC notch filter is introduced in each phase of the three-phase LLC resonant network.The output signals between the three phases are shifted by 120°,reducing the output capacitor current ripples and the output filter sizes.The converter has the function of automatic current sharing because of the star connection between the multi-resonant networks of each phase.The primary-side switches realize zero-voltage switching(ZVS)in the entire working range,and the secondary-side rectifier diodes achieve zero-current switching(ZCS).From the perspective of gain and efficiency,the fundamental wave analysis is used to optimize the resonant parameters of the converter,and the advantages of the converter are verified by comparing with the traditional three-phase LLC resonant converter in experiments.
