摘 要:同塔四回输电线路的应用可以减少对土地资源的占用,提高单位面积输送容量。建立同塔四回500kV输电线路直线塔的三维模型,利用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件对拉锁绝缘子小圆环进行均压特性研究。首先,对全复合横担的拉索绝缘子上没有小圆环和加装小圆环之后的均压特性进行对比。结果表明,加装小圆环后,拉锁绝缘子表面最大场强降低了25.9%。然后,对半复合横担与全复合横担拉锁绝缘子小圆环分别进行参数优化设计,对小圆环的环径和管径进行组合参数分析,对抬高距进行单值分析,最终得到半复合横担和全复合横担拉索绝缘子小圆环的最佳参数配置。结果表明,半复合横担比全复合横担所需的小圆环尺寸更大,拉锁绝缘子上加装优化配置后的小圆环使得绝缘子表面场强进一步降低,均压环和复合绝缘子的表面场强也均在控制值范围内。Four-circuit transmission lines play an important role in addressing the issue of reducing the occupation of land resources and improving the transmission capacity per area units.This paper establishes the three-dimensional model of the tangent tower of 500 k V four-circuit transmission lines,and studies the voltage-sharing characteristics of the upper insulator grading ring by using the COMSOL multiphysics.Firstly,the voltage-sharing characteristics of the upper insulator with and without a grading ring are compared.The results show that with the small grading ring,the maximum field strength on the surface of the upper insulator is reduced by 25.9%.Then,the parameter optimization designs of the small rings of the upper insulators on the semi-composite cross arm and the full composite cross arm are carried out respectively.The combined parameters of the ring diameter and pipe diameter of the small ring are analyzed,and the single value analysis of the lifting distance is carried out.Finally,the optimal parameter configuration of the small rings of the upper insulators of the semi-composite cross arm and the full composite cross arm are obtained.The results show that the size of the grading ring required by the semi-composite cross arm is larger than that of the full composite cross arm.The installation of the optimized grading ring on the upper insulator further reduces the surface field strength of the insulator,and the surface field strength of the grading ring and the composite insulator are also kept within the control ranges.
