摘  要:介绍了一种基于数字图像技术快速、准确提取同步碎石封层中碎石颗粒特征的方法。采用二维数字图像技术提取碎石颗粒的等效直径、最大主轴及最短主轴特征信息,并计算碎石颗粒覆盖率、碎石颗粒主轴长度差值、不同等效直径碎石颗粒比例特征;采用二维阴影重构碎石颗粒三维曲面,计算碎石颗粒体积,结合碎石表观相对密度,获得单位面积内碎石用量;采用室内燃烧筛分法,对碎石用量结果进行验证。数字图像法确定的碎石用量与燃烧筛分法结果相对误差为-2.3~4.0%。In this paper, a method for fast and accurate extraction of gravel particle characteristics in synchronous gravel sealing course based on digital image technology has been introduced. Two-dimensional digital image technology has been used to extract the characteristic information of the equivalent diameter, the largest main axis and the shortest main axis of the crushed stone particles. The coverage rate of the crushed stone particles, the difference in the length of the main axis of the crushed stone particles, and the proportion of the crushed stone particles with different equivalent diameters have been calculated. Two-dimensional shadows has been used to reconstruct the three-dimensional surface of crushed stone particles, calculate the volume of crushed stone particles, and combine the apparent relative density of crushed stone to obtain the amount of crushed stone per unit area.The indoor combustion and screening method has been used to verify the results of the amount of crushed stone. The relative error between the amount of crushed stone determined by the digital image method and the result of the combustion sieving method is-2.3~4.0%.
