摘 要:简要介绍了固体分散技术的概念、特点及发展历程,药物在固体分散体中的分散形态,固体分散体及载体的分类及制备方法。利用固体分散技术原理,制备了农药缓释新剂型——包埋(缓释)颗粒剂及微球剂。介绍了几种农药新制剂的释放性能及田间药效,在土壤中的残留消解动态,以及在植物叶片中吸收的有效成分累积量与防效的相关性。The concept, characteristics and development history of the solid dispersion technology, the dispersing forms of pesticide active ingredients in solid dispersion, classification and the preparation methods of the solid dispersion and carriers were introduced briefly in this paper. The embedded granule and microsphere, novel slow-release pesticide formulations, were formulated based on the principle of solid dispersion technology. The release performance, field efficacy and the dynamics of residual dissipation in soil of several new pesticide formulations, as well as the correlation between the cumulative amount of active ingredients absorbed by plant leaves and the control efficacy were presented.
