摘 要:作为一种应用较为广泛的有机磷农药,毒死蜱长期大量的不合理使用而带来的残留问题越来越受到人们的关注。总结了专利申请中涉及毒死蜱特异性或通用型半抗原的结构及其抗体,以及毒死蜱的免疫分析技术,如酶联免疫分析、荧光免疫分析、化学发光免疫技术、SERS标记免疫分析、免疫层析技术、免疫芯片、生物条形码免疫分析和免疫传感器等,并展望了其发展前景。Chlorpyrifos is a widely used organophosphorus insecticide, its excessive residue caused by unreasonable use has attracted more and more attention. This article summarizes the structure of chlorpyrifos specific or universal hapten and its antibody in patent application, as well as the immunoassay technologies of chlorpyrifos, such as enzyme-linked immunoassay, fluorescence immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay, SERS labeling immunoassay,immunochromatography, immunochip, bio-barcode immunoassay and immunosensor, etc., and the prospect for the development of immunoassay technique are forecasted.
