摘  要:以N-(4-氟基苯基)马来酰亚胺(FPMI)为单体,采用高温一步法与三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)进行自由基沉淀聚合,合成了二元共聚物聚[N-(4-氟基苯基)马来酰亚胺-alt-三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯](PFT),并制备了一系列的丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/PFT复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、差示扫描量热仪以及热失重分析仪对PFT的化学结构和热性能进行了表征分析,结果表明,PFT热稳定性良好,初始热分解温度(T_(d5%))高于400℃,玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))为180.96℃,符合ABS的加工条件。此外,对ABS/PFT复合材料进行γ射线辐照交联,通过热变形试验机、差示扫描量热仪、热失重分析仪以及流变仪对样条进行耐热性、热稳定分析和动态黏度(η)表征分析。结果表明,ABS/PFT的耐热性能良好,ABS的热变形温度(HDT)为88.90℃,ABS/PFT-12%的HDT提高了12.33℃,辐照交联之后,i-ABS/PFT-12%的HDT提升了21.22℃。为提高通用级ABS的耐热性提供了一种有效的新思路。In this paper,the monomer N-(4-fluorophenyl)maleimide(FPMI)and triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC)were subjected to free radical precipitation polymerization by a high-temperature one-step method to synthesize a binary copolymer polymer(N-(4-fluorophenyl)maleimide-alt-triallyl isocyanurate)(PFT),and a series of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)/PFT composites were prepared.The chemical structure and thermal properties of PFT were characterized and analyzed by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimeter,and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that PFT has good thermal stability,its initial thermal decomposition rate temperature(T_(d5%))is higher than 400℃,and the glass transition temperature(T_(g))is 180.96℃,which is in line with the processing conditions of ABS.Additionally,the ABS/PFT composites are cross-linked byγ-ray irradiation,and the heat resistance,thermal stability,and dynamic viscosity(η)characterization analysis of the splines are analyzed by thermal deformation testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer,rheometer,respectively.The results show that the heat resistance of ABS/PFT is good,the heat distortion temperature(HDT)of ABS is 88.90℃,and the HDT of ABS/PFT-12% increases by 12.33℃.After irradiation crosslinking,the HDT of i-ABS/PFT-12% increases by 21.22℃.This paper provides an effective new idea for improving the heat resistance of general-purpose ABS.
