摘 要:以聚乳酸(PLA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯-有机硅-苯乙烯共聚物(S-2001)为原料,通过熔融共混法制备了不同质量分数的PLA/S-2001共混材料,采用摆锤冲击试验机等设备对共混材料的力学性能、微观形貌、流变行为和熔体流动性进行了表征,并对改性前后PLA线材进行了熔融沉积成型评价。结果表明,当S-2001质量分数为6%时,共混材料具有良好的韧性,线材抗弯折性得到改善,有利于线材收卷和连续打印。同时,共混材料熔体弹性增强,熔体质量流动速率变小,线材熔融铺丝过程中产生的点状黏结和丝间空隙消失,线材的成型精度得到提高。Polylactic acid(PLA)and methyl methacrylate silicone styrene(S-2001)were used as raw materials to prepare PLA/S-2001 blends with different mass fractions by melt blending.The mechanical properties,micro morphology,rheological behavior and melt fluidity of the blends were characterized by pendulum impact testing machine and so on.The fused deposition modeling of PLA wire before and after modification was evaluated.The results show when the mass fraction of S-2001 is 6%,the blends has good toughness and the bending resistance of wires is improved,which is conductive to rod winding and continuous printing.At the same time,the melt elasticity of the blends is enhanced,while the melt flow rate is decreased.The point bonding and the gap between wires disappear in the process of wire melting and wire laying,which is beneficial to improve the forming accuracy of wire rod.
