摘　　要：高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和等规聚丙烯(iPP)为不相容的非极性聚烯烃,在分离和回收方面存在着巨大的挑战,其废弃物对环境的污染变得日益严峻。采用叔丁基过氧化己烷(DHBP)、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZDMC)建立反应体系,通过熔融共混,原位生成iPP和HDPE的长链支化(LCB)共聚物,使共混物相容性大幅提高。结果表明,原位增容显著提高了iPP/HDPE的断裂伸长率和冲击强度,同时将其应用于废旧聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)混杂物,其力学性能也得到大幅提高。改性共混物的流变行为表明反应共混中形成了支化结构,长支链的成核作用使PP结晶温度升高。High-density polyethylene(HDPE)and isotactic polypropylene(iPP)were incompatible non-polar polyolefins,and their mixed wastes presented significant challenges in separation and recycling,resulting in increasing environmental pollution from their wastes.In this paper,a trifunctional acrylate monomer(TMPTA),peroxides(DHBP)and a free radical activity modifier(ZDMC)were used to establish a reaction system to generate in-situ the isotactic polypropylene(iPP)and high-density polyethylene(HDPE)copolymers with long-chain branched(LCB).The test results show that the in-situ compatibilization greatly improves the elongation at break and impact strength of the iPP/HDPE blend.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties are also significantly improved when the in-situ compatibilization is applied to recycled polypropylene and polyethylene blends.The rheological behavior of the modified blend shows that a branched structure is formed in the reactive blending.The nucleation of long branched chain increases the crystallization temperature of polypropylene.
