摘 要:荧光素钠(FSS)在聚集状态下会出现荧光淬灭问题,利用与SiO纳米材料复合避免了FSS与光聚物共混引起荧光染料的聚集。利用反相微乳液法将FSS掺入SiO纳米粒子中,使用阳离子聚电解质聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)作为偶联剂,制备了稳定、可分散于3D打印材料的荧光纳米二氧化硅(FSS-SiNPs)。采用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱、Zeta电位测试、紫外吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱对FSS-SiNPs杂化粒子进行表征,结果表明合成了FSS-SiNPs杂化粒子;与FSS的荧光光谱进行对比,FSS-SiNPs杂化粒子表现出较高的荧光强度;染料泄露性能测试表明,FSS-SiNPs杂化粒子在乙醇溶液中浸泡12 h后,荧光强度逐渐稳定并保持在95%左右。随着温度的升高,3D打印件的热稳定性和光稳定性均有所下降,但是相比于FSS制备的打印件,FSS-SiNPs制备的打印件热稳定性和光稳定性分别提高了14%、21%。Fluorescein sodium(FSS)had a problem of fluorescence quenching in the aggregated state.However,by combining FSS with SiOnanomaterials,the aggregation of fluorescent dyes caused by the blending of FSS and photopolymers could be avoided.The cationic polyelectrolyte polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride(PDADMAC)was used as the coupling agent to incorporate FSS into SiOnanoparticles with the inverse microemulsion method,thus preparing stable and dispersible fluorescent materials used for 3D printing.By scanning this fluorescent materials with electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Zeta potential test,UV absorption spectrum and fluorescence emission spectrum,the study got the results which show that FSS-SiNPs hybrid particles are synthesized.Comparing with the fluorescence spectra of FSS,FSS-SiNPs hybrid particles show higher fluorescence intensity.Besides,dye leakage performance test indicates that after FSS-SiNPs hybrid particles are soaked in ethanol solution for 12 h,the fluorescence intensity is gradually stabilized and remained at about 95%.The thermal stability and photostability of 3D printed parts decrease with the increase of temperature though,comparing with the printed parts prepared by FSS,the aforementioned two performances of the printed parts prepared by FSS-SINPS increases by 14% and 21%,respectively.
