摘  要:采用流延及注塑工艺,结合差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征技术,研究功能母粒对聚丙烯材料光学及力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,功能母粒有利于改善材料的光学及力学性能。当功能母粒添加量为15%时,雾度相较于未添加功能母粒(1.67%)降低了50.9%,断裂伸长率及落镖冲击强度分别为1434.456%、115 g,相比于未添加功能母粒样,分别提升了1.42倍及40.2%。The effects of multifunctional additives on the optical and mechanical properties of polypropylene were studied by casting and injection molding process,combined with differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the masterbatch are beneficial to improve the optical and mechanical properties of the materials.When the masterbatch content is 15%,the haze is reduced by 50.9% comparing with the sample without masterbatch(1.67%),the elongation at break and dart impact strength are 1434.456% and 115 g,respectively,which are increased by 1.42 times and 40.2% comparing with the sample without masterbatch.
