摘　　要：围绕“碳达峰、碳中和”重要奋斗目标,大力发展天然气已成为中国能源发展国家战略。天然气行业具有高风险、高投入、技术复杂、安全环保要求高的特点,因此对标准、规范提出了更高要求。推进中国天然气国际标准化进程,对中国技术国际化和维护天然气国际贸易公平公正具有重要意义。为了推动天然气国内国际标准化协同发展,在梳理分析国内外天然气标准化技术机构情况,总结天然气国际标准化发展历程的基础上,从标准的重要性、先进性和对产业的促进等多维度研究了中国制订的天然气国际标准。研究结果表明:(1)天然气国际标准化工作是中国天然气工业高质量发展的重要基础工作,中国标准走出去是抢占国际话语权;(2)科技创新是标准的基础,国际标准是市场竞争的战略武器;(3)高效的组织协调与持续的人才培养是支撑国际标准化工作的重要保障。结论认为,天然气国际标准化工作是我国天然气工业高质量发展的重要基础工作,目前中国构建了天然气工业标准体系,积极融入国际天然气标准化组织体系,实质性参与国际标准化活动,制订的《用氧化微库仑法测定总硫含量》等10项国际标准,引领世界天然气硫化物分析技术方向,建议围绕新能源和“双碳”目标开展科技攻关和国际标准制订,进一步提升中国天然气标准国际化水平。Developing natural gas vigorously focusing on the important goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" has already become China’s national energy development strategy.The natural gas industry is characterized by high risk,high input,complicated technology and strict safety and environment protection requirements,so its standards and norms shall meet stricter requirements.Promoting the international standardization of natural gas in China is of great significance to realize the internationalization of Chinese technologies and maintain the fairness and justice in the international natural gas trade.In order to promote the coordinated development of domestic and international standardization of natural gas,this paper investigates domestic and foreign natural gas standardization technical institutions and summarizes the development process of international standardization of natural gas.Based on this,China’s international standard of natural gas is studied comprehensively from the aspects of importance,advancement and industrial promotion.And the following research results are obtained.First,the international standardization of natural gas is an important foundation for the high-quality development of China’s natural gas industry,and China’s ambition to go globe is to seize a say in the world.Second,scientific and technological innovation is the bassis of standards,and international standards are the strategic weapons of market competition.Third,efficient organization and coordination and continuous personnel training are important guarantees to support international standardization.In conclusion,the international standardization of natural gas is an important foundation for the highquality development of China’s natural gas industry.So far,China has already constructed the standard system of natural gas industry,actively joining the organization system of international standardization of natural gas and substantially participating in the activities of international standardization.Ten international sta
