摘  要:介绍了为研究不同除钒工艺生产的四氯化钛产品质量情况,以同一批次粗四氯化钛原料,分别开展了铝粉除钒与脂肪酸除钒工业试验研究。研究结果表明,采用铝粉除钒与脂肪酸除钒生产的精四氯化钛产品中FeCl_(3)、SiCl_(4)、VOCl_(3)和AlCl_(3)基本相当,但脂肪酸除钒生产的四氯化钛中总碳和总氧含量相对偏高,且精馏后总碳和总氧含量波动更大,两种工艺制备的四氯化钛用于海绵钛生产后,海绵钛产品质量基本相当。In order to study the quality of titanium tetrachloride products produced by different vanadium removal processes,the industrial experiments on vanadium removal by aluminum powder and fatty acid were separately carried out with the same batch raw material of crude titanium tetrachloride.The results show that FeCl_(3),SiCl_(4),VOCl_(3) and AlCl_(3) of refined titanium tetrachloride produced by vanadium removal from aluminum powder and fatty acid are basically the same,but the content of total carbon and total oxygen in titanium tetrachloride produced by vanadium removal from fatty acid is relatively high,and the content of total carbon and total oxygen fluctuates more after rectification.The quality of titanium tetrachloride prepared by the two processes is basically the same after being used in the production of sponge titanium.
