摘 要:介绍了由于锰系合金精炼炉和钢铁冶炼流程中部分冶炼炉型的相似性,于是部分铁合金企业开始引入钢铁企业成熟的相关技术来提高生产效率、降低生产成本。重点介绍了钢铁行业成熟电炉炉门供气技术及转炉炉底供气技术;根据具体工程实例分析了水冷喷枪和透气砖式炉底供气技术在锰合金精炼炉应用时存在的问题,并对比分析可替代上述两项技术的同类型技术的优缺点及可发展方向,为今后同类型供气技术在铁合金行业的研究及应用工作提供了一定的参考。Due to the similarity between manganese series alloy refining furnace and some smelting furnace types in iron and steel smelting process,some ferroalloy enterprises began to introduce related mature technologies from iron and steel enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.The paper mainly introduces the mature gas supply technology for electric furnace door and converter bottom blowing technology in the iron and steel industry.Combined with specific engineering examples,the problems in the application of the water cooled lance and the permeable brick bottom blowing technology in manganese series alloy furnace are analyzed,the advantages,disadvantages and development direction of the same type of technology that can replace the above two technologies are compared and analyzed,which provides a certain reference for the research and application of the same type of gas supply technology in ferroalloy industry in the future.
