不锈钢除尘灰造块的经济性分析

摘　　要：介绍了因不锈钢除尘灰利用时需要进行造块,除尘灰直接采用烧结或冷压球的方法造块不但成本高,而且不能全部利用,堆存给生产带来新问题。将不锈钢除尘灰进行分选,含Cr高的精矿造块返回电炉冶炼,含CaO高的尾矿用作烧结溶剂;通过分类利用,能将除尘灰全部消化,且成本优势明显。Stainless steel dust needs to be made into agglomeration when it is used.The direct use of sintering or cold briquetting to make agglomeration from dust is not only costly,but also can’t be fully utilized.Stacking brings new problems to production.The stainless steel dust is sorted,the concentrate with high Cr content is returned to the electric furnace for smelting,and the tailings with high CaO content are used as sintering solvent.Through classified utilization,the dust can be completely digested,and the cost advantage is obvious.
