摘  要:本文主要针对电阻绕焊(点焊),易产生熔融焊渣,使管材内壁上形成焊渣坑。焊渣坑导致管材的承压减小,大的焊渣坑使管材内壁与钢网相通,介质会逐渐腐蚀钢丝网,导致管线使用中穿孔。设计一套焊渣清除装置,达到清除焊渣的目的。通过此装置的运用,焊渣清除效果十分显著,产品合格率明显上升;安装完成后,故障率低,基本不需要维护;刷子更换不用停机,操作方便,灵活;制作成本低廉。This article mainly aimed at resistance welding(spot welding) that is easy to produce molten slag, forming many welding slag on the inside of the pipe.The welding slag reduces the bearing pressure of the pipe. the large welding slag make the inside of the pipe connect with the steel Mesh.The medium will gradually corrode the steel Mesh and the pipe will be perforated. A set of device is designed to clean up the welding slag. Through the application of this device, the effect is very significant.The qualified rate of products is significantly increased. After installed, the device has low failure rate.It hasn’t any problems. It doesn’t need maintenance. Brushes are easy to replace.They are very cheap.
