摘　　要：通过对油浆泵壳体出口管线泄漏原因进行了分析,探讨了1Cr13焊接特性,从焊接材料的选择,焊接工艺及热处理方面进行了阐述。通过焊接进行修复,取得了良好的使用效果,为解决类似问题提供了参考。The causes of leakage in the outlet pipeline of the slurry pump housing are analyzed, and the welding characteristics of 1Cr13 are discussed, and the selection of welding materials, welding processes and heat treatment are elaborated. Repaired by welding, good use effect has been achieved, and it provides a reference for solving similar problems.
