拓展训练对北京大学学生团队精神培养价值的研究

摘　　要：该文分析团队成员特征、团队绩效关联和团队培养实践对团队精神的影响,研究北京大学拓展训练课上的团队学习理论与实践的特点,通过摒弃“你不行,我来”等团队协作“本能陷阱”,推理出在“团队契约”下团队精神培养路径的原则、内容和方法,结合个案分析展现了北京大学拓展训练课培养团队精神的全方位价值,为培养具有“合作高效、凝聚力强、士气高昂”的团队精神的新时代人才提供借鉴。This paper analyzes the influence of team members'characteristics,team performance correlation and team training practice on team spirit.Through looking into the characteristics of team learning theory and practice of the outreach training classin Peking University,this paper infers the principles,contents,and methods of the path to build up team spirit under the"team contract"while abandoning such"instinctive traps"in team cooperation as"I'll do it if you can't".Combined with case analys is and displaying the all-round value of cultivating team spirit in the outreach training class in Peking University,the research provides reference for cultivating talents with team spirit of"highly efficient cooperation,strong cohesion,and high morale"in the new era.
