公安院校实战化教育教学改革背景下职业认同感对学生学习质量的影响--课堂感知的中介作用

摘　　要：公安院校公安专业学生综合素质和实战能力的全面提升,有赖于学习质量的提升。该文基于实证研究表明,职业认同感对深层法的使用具有正向影响,有助于提升公安院校公安专业学生的学习质量。课堂感知作为其中的中介变量,一方面对深层法的使用具有正向影响,提示教育管理者应更加关注优化学生在课堂上的学习体验;另一方面,课堂感知在职业认同感对深层法的影响中起部分中介作用。只有落实到课堂教学,学生对于职业的热情才能真正转化为自觉主动的学习效果,从根本上提高学生的学习质量。The overall improvement of the students'comprehensive quality and practical ability depends on the improvement of learning quality.Based on empirical research,this paper shows that professional identity has a positive impact on the use of deep method,which is helpful to improve the learning quality of police students in police colleges and universities.On the one hand,teaching perception has a positive influence on the use of deep method,which suggests that educational administrators should pay more attention to optimizing students'learning experience in class.On the other hand,teaching perception plays a partially mediating role in the influence of professional identity on deep approach.Only when it is applied to classroom teaching,students'enthusiasm for their careers can be truly transformed into a self-conscious and active learning effect and fundamentally improve the quality of students'learning.
