摘 要:零磁场在基础物理、医学、生物等领域的研究和应用具有重要价值。为克服地磁场对零磁空间相关研究的干扰,设计并搭建了一种三维均匀磁场主动补偿系统,研究其磁场补偿的特点及试验条件对补偿的影响。首先采用Lee-Whiting线圈与cosθ线圈联合方案制作了三维圆柱形线圈并实现磁场补偿,提高空间利用率;其中,线圈及骨架均用无磁材料制作,三维线圈的中心点重合且轴线方向两两垂直。然后通过理论计算得出线圈磁场的分布。最后将理论数据与试验结果进行对比并对磁场均匀性进行分析,并测量周围环境扰动及磁场传感器扫描速度对测量结果的影响。试验结果表明:在磁补偿系统直径为3.0 cm,长度为16 cm的圆柱形空间中,中心区域磁场绝对值接近为零,且磁场变化为1%范围内的区域与所测试空间区域的比例,理论与试验的误差小于4.5%;当磁场传感器扫描速度不高于9 mm/s且环境噪声低于17 dB时,对测量结果影响较小且能保证测量效率。本系统在简化装置与控制成本的基础上,实现产生均匀磁场并补偿地磁场的功能,可为基于零磁空间的缺陷检测、心脑磁测量、生物行为变化等提供理论与试验参考。The zero magnetic field is of important value in the research in the field of fundamental physics,medicine,biology,and so on.To overcome the interference of the geomagnetic field in the correlation research of zero magnetic space,an active compensation system for three-dimensional uniform magnetic field was designed and established,investigating the system s characteristics and the influence of experimental conditions on the performance.Firstly,a scheme of combined cylindrical Lee-Whiting coil and cosθcoil,was used to fabricate a three-dimensional concentric cylindrical coil system,with coils and skeletons made of non-magnetic materials,its central points coinciding and axes perpendicular to each other,capable of realizing the magnetic field compensation and improving space utilization.Secondly,the theoretical data of the coil magnetic field distribution was calculated and then compared with the experimental results,analyzing the uniformity of the magnetic field,and meanwhile,measuring the influence of the surrounding environment disturbance and the scanning speed of the magnetic field sensor on the measurement results.The experimental results show that in the cylindrical space of the magnetic compensation system with 3.0 cm in diameter and 16 cm in length,the absolute value of the magnetic field in the central area is close to zero,and the difference of the theoretical and experimental ratios between the area with no more than 1%of magnetic field fluctuation and the whole area being measured is less than 4.5%;when the scanning speed of the sensor is lower than 9 mm/s and the environmental noise is less than 17 dB,the influence on the measurement results is insignificant and the measurement efficiency can be guaranteed.The system has realized the function of generating a uniform magnetic field and compensating the geomagnetic field while the device is simplified and the cost is reduced,which can provide theoretical and practical references for applications of zero magnetic space to defects inspection,magnetocard
