摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜肺段切除术后持续肺漏气患者使用三腔胸瓶的效果,提出相应的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年10月江苏省人民医院浦口分院胸外科收治的21例胸腔镜肺段切除术后持续肺漏气患者的资料,观察三腔胸瓶使用的效果,探讨针对性护理措施。结果:21例患者的平均术后拔管时间(14.19±4.54)d,住院时间平均为(17.84±5.76)d;其术后并发症的发生情况:皮下气肿1例(4.76%),引流管口感染1例(4.76%)、肺部感染3例(14.29%)、管口皮肤坏死1例(4.76%)。21例患者经对症治疗后,在系统且规范化的护理下均已康复出院,无死亡病例,出院随访30 d预后良好。结论:胸腔镜肺段切除术后持续肺漏气患者使用三腔胸瓶引流的效果显著,进行系统且规范化的护理可提高其疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of using three-chamber chest bottle in patients with persistent pulmonary air leakage after thoracoscopic segmentectomy,and put forward corresponding nursing measures.Methods:The data of 21 patients with persistent pulmonary air leakage after thoracoscopic segmentectomy admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Pukou Branch of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the effect of using three-cavity chest bottle was observed,and targeted nursing measures were discussed.Results:The average extubation time was(14.19±4.54)days,and the average hospital stay was(17.84±5.76)days.Postoperative complications included subcutaneous emphysema in 1 case(4.76%),drainage tube infection in 1 case(4.76%),pulmonary infection in 3 cases(14.29%),and skin necrosis in 1 case(4.76%).After symptomatic treatment,all the 21 patients recovered and left hospital under systematic and standardized nursing care,without death.The prognosis was good after 30 days of follow-up after discharge.Conclusion:The effect of three-chamber chest bottle drainage in patients with persistent pulmonary air leakage after thoracoscopic segmentectomy is significant,and systematic and standardized nursing can improve its effect.
