基于古籍文献考掘的桑黄临床应用探析

摘　　要：发掘桑黄的药用价值,为桑黄这一药材的运用提供理论基础。文章进行了以古籍文献考掘为先导的桑黄临床应用探析,梳理了历代古籍中桑黄的名称,全面挖掘并考证历代本草书籍中对桑黄主治功效的记载,并对古籍中经典桑黄方剂进行归纳总结和比较分析,从多角度发掘其药用价值。研究表明,桑黄在治疗妇科疾病、虚损性疾病及血证以及癥瘕积聚等方面具有良好的功效,且有广阔的发展前景。The medicinal value of phellinus linteus was explored to provide a theoretical basis for its application.In this paper,an analysis of the clinical application of phellinus linteus which is guided by the excavation of ancient books and documents was carried out.After sorting out the names of phellinus linteus in ancient books of the past dynasties,the main functions of phellinus linteus in herbal books of the past dynasties was comprehensively excavated.Combining with the summarization and comparative analysis of the classic phellinus linteus in the classic ancient books,their medicinal values were explored from multiple perspectives.Studies have shown that phellinus linteus has good efficacy on gynecological diseases,consumptive diseases and blood,and accumulation of abdominal mass,and has broad development prospects.
