谭溶治疗糖尿病肾病尿蛋白升高的经验

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,后期可发展至终末期肾病。糖尿病肾病早期以尿蛋白升高为主要表现,中医药干预糖尿病肾病进展具有优势。文章旨在总结谭溶副主任中医师在治疗糖尿病肾病尿蛋白升高方面的经验,提出中医辨证施治应贯穿糖尿病肾病治疗的全程,参芪地黄汤治疗糖尿病肾病(气阴两虚兼血瘀证)疗效较好,并附病案一则,以期为糖尿病肾病尿蛋白升高的临床治疗提供参考。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the complications of diabetes,which can develop to end-stage renal disease in the later stage.In the early stage of diabetic nephropathy,the main clinical manifestation is increased urinary protein,and TCM has advantages in intervening the progress of diabetic nephropathy.In this article,TCM physician TAN Rong’s experience in treating elevated proteinuria in diabetic nephropathy patients is summarized,and the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation should be applied in the whole process of diabetic nephropathy treatment.In addition,the Shenqi Dihuang decoction(参芪地黄汤)has good curative effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy[the Qi(气)and Yin(阴)both deficiency and blood stasis syndrome],and one case report is attached,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy with elevated urinary protein.
