摘　　要：遗精为男科常见疾病之一,其基本病机为肾气亏虚,精关失守,临床上常见的证型主要有心肾不交、湿热下注、心脾两虚、阴虚火旺和肾气亏虚五个证型。戴宁教授分别采取交通心肾、清热利湿、补益心脾、滋阴秘精和补气固肾等疗法,佐以针灸治疗,疗效显著。Spermatorrhea is one of the common diseases in male department,and its basic pathogenesis is kidney Qi(气)deficiency and spermatorrhea.There are five common syndromes of disharmony between heart and kidney,dampness-heat diffusing downward,deficiency of both heart and spleen,hyperactivity of fire due to Yin(阴)deficiency and non-consolidation of kidney Qi in clinic.Professor DAI Ning applied the therapies of restoring normal coordination between heart and kidney,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,invigorating heart and spleen,nourishing Yin and arresting seminal emission,tonifying Qi and strengthening kidney,etc.to treat spermatorrhea,accompanied by acupuncture,and the effects were significant.
