枸橼酸西地那非片配合生精片“激活”精子活力的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨枸橼酸西地那非片联合生精片口服对特发性弱精症精液指标的影响。方法:收集2021年2月-2022年2月符合纳入标准的特发性弱精症患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组每日服用生精片,每次检查取精前临时服用枸橼酸西地那非片,对照组单纯服用五子衍宗软胶囊,两组均用药3个月,每个月查1次精液常规,取3次精液分析平均值,然后比较两组患者治疗前后精液各项指标。结果:相对于对照组,治疗组精子的前向运动比率、快速前向运动比率、总活力、精液浓度、精液体积显著增加。结论:以生精片为基础补肾生精,排卵日性生活前临时口服枸橼酸西地那非片可快速激活精子活力,中西药“调精与促孕”密切结合可使精子的前向运动比率,尤其是快速前向运动比率得到明显提升,精液体积明显提高,精液浓度得到有效改善,为提高怀孕率提供良好的条件。Objective:To discuss the effect of sildenafil citrate tablets plus the Shengjing tablets(生精片)on semen indexes in idiopathic asthenospermia patients.Methods:A total of 48 cases from February 2021 to February 2022 were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group took the Shengjing tablets every day,and temporarily took sildenafil citrate tablets before each sperm collection.The control group only took the Wuzi Yanzong soft capsules(五子衍宗软胶囊).The two groups were both treated for 3 months.The routine semen examination was performed once a month,the average value of three semen analysis was taken,and then the semen indexes in the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the progressive rate,quick progressive rate,total motility,sperm concentration,and sperm volume in the treatment group were increased significantly.Conclusion:Taking the Shengjing tablets as the basis of invigorating the kidney and producing sperm,based on temporarily oral administration of sildenafil citrate tablets before intercourse on the day of ovulation to rapidly activate sperm vitality,the close combination of TCM medicine and Western medicine for regulating semen and promoting pregnancy can significantly increase the progressive ratio of sperm,especially the quick progressive ratio,significantly increase the semen volume,and effectively improve the semen concentration,resulting in providing good conditions for improving the pregnancy rate.
