鼾眠康颗粒治疗儿童腺样体病理性肥大的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟鼾眠康颗粒治疗儿童腺样体病理性肥大的临床疗效。方法:选取符合腺样体病理性肥大的患儿60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组以自拟鼾眠康颗粒治疗,对照组以孟鲁司特钠片联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,分别治疗4个疗程,每个疗程为1周。观察治疗前后患儿打鼾情况,并根据症状积分分析临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P=0.02)。两组治疗前后症状总积分差值的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:鼾眠康颗粒可以明显改善腺样体病理性肥大患儿的临床症状及生活质量,其疗效优于西药,在临床上具有借鉴意义,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Hanmiankang granules(鼾眠康颗粒)on pathological hypertrophy of adenoids in children.Methods:A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with the Hanmiankang granules,while the control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets plus mometasone furoate nasal spray.There were 4 courses of treatment respectively,with 1 week for each course.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.02).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in the total symptom score difference values before and after treatment(P=0.024).Conclusion:The Hanmiankang granules can significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms and quality of life of children with adenoid pathological hypertrophy,and its curative effect is better than that of western medicine.It has a reference significance in clinical practice,and is worthy of promotion.
