基于“瘀血不去,肾气难扶”思想论治慢性再生障碍性贫血

摘　　要：慢性再生障碍性贫血的病程漫长,病久不复,迁延难愈。血气之形,成始于精,肾精不足,骨髓空虚,造血乏源。血虚无力推动,久病入络,久病致瘀。文章从“瘀血不去,肾气难扶”的理论出发,总结笔者治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的经验(重在补肾固本,贵在化瘀和血,妙在调和脾胃),以期提高临床疗效。Chronic aplastic anemia has a long course,is prone to recurrence,and is difficult to cure.Blood Qi(气)comes from essence.Insufficiency of kidney essence and deficiency of bone marrow lead to lack of hematopoietic material source.Blood deficiency is unable to promote circulation,protracted disease intrudes into collateral,and lead to blood stasis.In this article,based on the theory of“If static blood is not dispelled,it will be difficult to invigorate kidney Qi”,the author’s experience in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia(tonifying kidney for consolidating body resistance,expelling stasis for harmonizing blood,and harmonizing spleen and stomach)is summarized,in order to improve the clinical efficacy.
