壮筋续骨丹口服对髌骨下极骨折铆钉内固定术后康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮筋续骨丹对髌骨下极骨折铆钉内固定术后康复的临床疗效。方法:研究对象为2018年9月-2020年9月在潍坊市中医院住院治疗的48例髌骨下极骨折铆钉内固定术后患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予口服壮筋续骨丹,连续治疗1个月。随访比较两组患者骨折愈合情况;比较两组治疗前与治疗1个月后膝关节肿胀值及疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分;比较治疗前与末次随访时特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)膝关节评分及膝关节活动度(Range of Motion,ROM)。结果:所有患者均获随访,随访时间为3个月,观察组治疗后平均骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组膝关节肿胀值、VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组HSS膝关节评分和ROM评分均较治疗前显著升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:髌骨下极骨折铆钉内固定术后口服壮筋续骨丹可有效缓解患肢肿胀与疼痛,加快骨折愈合,改善术后膝关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhuangjin Xugu Dan(壮筋续骨丹)on rehabilitation after rivet internal fixation for patella inferior pole fracture.Methods:The research subjects were 48 cases from September 2018 to September 2020.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given oral Zhuangjin Xugu Dan additionally,the treatment lasted for 1 month.Results:All patients were followed up for 3 months.The mean fracture healing time in the observation group was obviously shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the knee joint swelling value and VAS score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HSS score and ROM score in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Zhuangjin Xugu Dan after rivet internal fixation for patella inferior pole fracture can effectively relieve swelling and pain of the affected limb,accelerate fracture healing,and improve postoperative knee function,which is worthy of clinical application.
